The concert is expected to be over by 11pm, and the special return train will depart promptly at 11:30pm from the Santa Clara/ Great America Station, which is a five-minute walk from the stadium (though ticketed passengers should give themselves at least 20 minutes to get to the station given the large expected crowds.) The train will not wait for late passengers.
There is no special train for travel to the concert, as regular service will get attendees to the Santa Clara/Great America Station at 6:27pm. The concert start time, including opening guest performances, is scheduled for 6:30pm. There are earlier trains to Santa Clara as well – please check the Capitol Corridor schedule for more information.
Train 550 Rerouted and Rescheduled for Concert
Train 550, which normally provides weekday service between Oakland Coliseum and Sacramento (departing Oakland at 10pm and arriving in Sacramento at 12:08am) will be temporarily rerouted and rescheduled to accommodate passengers attending the concert. On May 17 only, the “new” Train 550 (labelled “1550 Capitol Corridor” on Amtrak’s booking page), will depart from Santa Clara/Great America instead of Oakland Coliseum, and it will leave at 11:30pm sharp (it will not wait for late passengers), with a 2:20am arrival in Sacramento. Ridership on Train 550 is typically low; however, those who were planning to take this train will need to make alternate travel plans.
How to Buy Train Tickets
Purchasing your train ticket for the show on May 17 is no different than how you would normally buy a ticket. The train’s additional stops and new schedule have been added to Amtrak’s booking system, so if you purchase your ticket online or from a Quik-Trak ticket vending machine, the special late-night return train will show up as one of your options.
We encourage concert goers to purchase round-trip train tickets online, before the show. The Santa Clara Station is not staffed, and there are two Quik-Trak ticket vending machines on the station platform.
All accessible parking will be directed to Red Lot 1. Guests who possess a valid placard will be directed to park in Red Lot 1 and must display their placard at the entrance to be admitted.
Levi’s® Stadium takes pride in providing elite service to all guests including those requiring mobility assistance. We provide a variety of services for our guests with special needs. |CREDIT CARD ENTRY FAQS|
Please review the below FAQs for Credit Card Entry
Is Credit Card Entry different from Paperless Tickets?
Nope, it’s the same thing – just a new name.
How does Credit Card Entry work?
Easy – the card you used to buy your tickets is your ticket. Just show that card at the entrance along with a photo ID; they’ll swipe it to find your purchase and print a seat locator slip. Have fun!
I bought tickets for friends - can we get in separately?
If you bought for a group you have to enter as a group.
What if I bought the tickets but I'm not going to the event?
You may be able to walk your group to the entrance and show your credit card and ID to get them in. Please call the Visa Box Office at Levi’s® Stadium to confirm!
What if I have to show my ticket again after I get in, like to access a suite?
Just show your seat locator slip! You’ll get one at the entrance when they swipe your card to find your purchase.
Can I buy tickets with a gift card or virtual credit card?
Sorry, you have to use a credit card – the plastic kind – so it can be swiped at the entrance to find your purchase.
What if the credit card I used expires before the event?
Just bring the old card, or the replacement card with the same account number. If you destroyed the old card and your new one has a different account number, please contact Fan Support.
What if I forget to bring the credit card I used to purchase?
Oh no! Go straight to the box office for help. Each venue has its own policy, but they’ll probably ask for your photo ID and purchase confirmation email. You can show them the email on your phone, and the name on the email must match your ID.
I used a card I share with my spouse - can they get in without me?
As long as they’re an authorized card user! Just make sure your better half brings the card and a photo ID.
Can I sell Credit Card Entry tickets?
That’s up to the artist, team, or venue! If they give the green light, you’ll see a Sell button when you click the order number under Order History in My Account.
If you don’t see the Sell button it’s probably because the tickets are in high demand, and the artist, team, or venue wants true fans like you to get the seats you want at face value by eliminating unfair competition from professional scalpers. Without the ability to resell tickets at steep prices, scalpers have no reason to snatch them up when they go on sale using automated software, or “bots”.
Why is Credit Card Entry the only option for some events, or some sections?
When Credit Card Entry is the only option it’s probably because the tickets are in high demand, and the artist, team, or venue wants true fans like you to get the seats you want at face value by eliminating unfair competition from professional scalpers. Without the ability to resell tickets at steep prices, scalpers have no reason to snatch them up when they go on sale using automated software, or “bots”.
Is Ticket Transfer available for this event at Levi's® Stadium?
Unfortunately, Ticket Transfer is not available for this event.
