GUEST SERVICES POSITIONS
Apply now to join the Levi’s® Stadium Guest Services team. As a member of the Guest Services team you will work events such as concerts, family events, and sporting events including San Francisco 49ers games.

- Guest Services Representative
- Position Description: Guest Services Representatives (GSR) are an integral part of the Levi’s Stadium fan experience. GSR’s work as ticket takers, ushers, suite and guest services station attendants, depending on qualifications and interests. Each function plays a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service to guests at Levi’s® Stadium.

- Deliver upon the Levi’s Stadium’s Common Purpose, Core Values and Service Promise
- Greet guests as they arrive at the stadium and ensure only those with valid tickets are permitted to enter
- Assist guests and answer their questions in a professional and friendly manner
- Assist guests with escalator and elevator services
- Direct guests to their assigned seating section and other stadium destinations
- Genuinely listen to guests’ feedback and resolve problems in a prompt and courteous manner
- Provide guest assistance with lost and found
- Work cooperatively with all Playmakers across all departments

- Mobility Services Representative
- Position Description: Mobility Service Representatives consistently deliver exceptional service to guests at Levi’s Stadium. Additionally, you will assist guests with disabilities and those with limited mobility to navigate the stadium. As a member of the Mobility Services Team, you may be positioned as a Wheelchair Attendant, a Courtesy Cart Driver or a Mobility Services Station Attendant in the outer perimeter of the stadium’s parking lots.

- Be attentive to details to ensure guest safety
- Communicate effectively with guests and with Mobility Services Dispatch
