Levi’s® Stadium takes pride in the services we provide to our guests including those needing mobility assistance. We provide a variety of services for our guests with disabilities, including courtesy shuttle service from several of our parking lots and wheelchair assistance.
Levi’s® Stadium offers accessible seating as well as companion seating in many locations. Please contact the Levi’s® Stadium Visa Box Office at (415) 464-9377 ext. 4 or (415) GO49ERS ext. 4 for questions regarding accessible seating and parking.
Guests requesting wheelchair assistance to any of the pick- up and drop-off locations listed below can do so by calling our Mobility Assistance Team at (408) 579-4610. Wheelchair service should be requested in advance when applicable.
Red Lot 1 and Green Lot 1 are considered Levi’s® Stadium’s Main Lots. They are located adjacent to California’s Great America Theme Park entrance.
Directions to Red Lot 1:
From I-880 take westbound CA 237.
From US 101 take eastbound CA 237.
From CA 237 take Great America Parkway southbound to Tasman Drive. Turn LEFT.
Continue eastbound to the Convention Center and turn RIGHT.
Follow signage and staff directions to access parking area.
Directions to Green Lot 1:
From I-880 take northbound US 101.
From CA-237 take southbound US 101.
From US 101 take Great America Parkway northbound.
Continue past Patrick Henry Drive.
Follow signage and staff directions to access parking lot on the RIGHT.
Tailgating is permitted at all designated accessible parking stalls within Red Lot 1 and Green Lot 1. A limited number of adjacent general parking stalls are also available for companion tailgating, on a first come first serve basis.
Courtesy Golf/Electric Cart service is provided in two lots, Green Lot 1 and Red Lot 1. For guests parking in Green Lot 1, Mobility Services kiosks located in the lot next to the entry of the Great America theme park and at Pole 31. If you are unable to make your way to the available kiosks, please call the Mobility Services Team at (408) 579-4610.
All season ticket holders are encouraged to purchase pre-paid parking passes for the season. You will be required to show your parking pass upon entry. Alternatively, you may pay by credit card on the day of the event. While pre-paid passes are issued for specific parking lots, guests who possess a pre-paid parking pass to any lot and a DMV issued Placard and DMV issued Placard Identification Card may park in accessible parking stalls in Red Lot 1 and Green Lot 1 subject to availability.

Courtesy buses or golf cart shuttle service is provided in two offsite lots, Red Lot 1 and Green Lot 1. Following the event, the same service from the stadium to the two designated lots is provided.
For guests parking in Red Lot 1 and for pre-event pick up, two Mobility Services kiosks are located at Poles 31 and 7. For post-event shutle pick up, pick up is located at the kiosk/seating area between gates A & B and at Gate C as you exit into the parking lot.
For guests parking in Green Lot 1 and for pre-event pick up, pick up is avaialbe at two Mobility Services kiosks located in the lot next to the entry of the Great America theme park and at Pole 31. For post-event shuttle pick up, pick up is available at the kiosk/seating area between gates A & B and at Gate C as you exit into the parking lot.

Guests who possess a DMV issued Disabled Person Placard are strongly encouraged to park in Green Lot 1 or Red Lot 1, if space is available. All Levi’s® Stadium Accessible Parking spaces are in these two lots and courtesy transportation assistance is offered from both.
Courtesy shuttle cart provides service for our guests who have mobility limitations and who may or may not have a DMV issued Disabled Person Placard. Courtesy carts are capable of accommodating persons using a wheelchair or other mobility device.
There will be seating for guests at these stations as they await a courtesy cart. There is limited space on these courtesy carts and we ask that guests not needing extra assistance please respect the needs of others. Assisted Listening Devices and Closed Captioning Devices are available at all Guest Service Stations located throughout the stadium. These listening devices amplify the stadium public address announcements, but do not provide service to the play-by-play broadcast.
A valid Driver’s License, or ID may be required as collateral.
Closed Captioning is available for our guests at Levi’s® Stadium through your mobile phone or through stadium-issued devices. Using the web browser, please log on to https://www.eegicap.com/captioncast/. The Event ID is “levis”. Closed Captioning Devices are available at all Guest Service Stations located throughout the stadium.
Concert guests in need of an ASL interpreter may request services by contacting the Visa Box Office at go49ers@49ers.com. Please contact at least one week in advance.
Levi’s® Stadium is equipped with public elevators and escalators at Intel Gate A, Dignity Health Gate C, and Toyota Gate F. Guests holding tickets for seating within the SAP Tower, including BNY West Mellon Club, United Club, and Yahoo! Fantasy Football Lounge, may use the elevators and escalators inside of the SAP Tower Atrium near Gate B. Guests with tickets for seating in BNY East Mellon Club, FII Club, Levi’s 501 Club, and Citrix Owners Club may use the elevators at Gate E or the public escalators near Gates A, C and F.
There are 38 escalators & 25 elevators located within Levi’s® Stadium to assist guests with navigating the stadium.
We respectfully request that all guests be courteous by offering priority elevator access to guests with mobility needs and their companions. Whenever able, guests are encouraged to use escalators, stairs, or ramps in place of elevators.

All of the restrooms at Levi’s® Stadium offer accessible facilities. In addition to multi-stall men’s and women’s restrooms, Levi’s® Stadium also offers accessible all gender and family restrooms throughout the stadium.
Animals are not permitted in Levi’s® Stadium with the exception of service animals and service animals in training. A service animal means any dog or miniature horse that is individually trained to do work or perform tasks for the benefit of an individual with a disability. Service animals do not include emotional support animals.
Levi’s® Stadium welcomes your trained or in training service dog to join you on our courtesy buses, shuttle carts, and at your seat. If you have special seating needs in order to accommodate your service dog comfortably, please contact the Visa Box Office at go49ers@49ers.com or by calling (415) 464-9377 ext. 4 or (415) GO49ERS ext. 4.
Your service dog or miniature horse must remain on its leash for the duration of your visit at Levi’s® Stadium. Designated service animal relief areas are located near Intel Gate A, SAP Gate B, and Dignity Health Gate C near the bridges.

Due to the limited inventory of accessible seating for 49ers football games, same day ticket exchange for accessible seating is no longer available. When inventory is available, accessible seating exchanges can only be completed electronically during the week leading up to event day.

All other ticket holders in need of an accessible seating exchange are instructed to send an email to ADAexchange@levisstadium.com. Please include ticket account name, the email address for your ticket account, contact information, the seat location you would like to exchange from, desired number of seats for exchange, and the type of seats you require. Emails are accepted beginning at 12:00 noon Pacific Time the Tuesday before event day, and are collected in a virtual queue line for possible exchange. Please help keep the queue line organized by limiting your request to one email. The Visa Box Office team will notify no later than 5:00 PM Pacific Time on the last business day prior to event day if we are able to fulfill your request.
Same day ticket exchanges for accessible seating for events other than 49ers football games at Levi’s Stadium continue to be offered subject to availability.”. Please contact or visit the Visa Box Office for these seating exchange requests.
Accessible drinking fountains are located throughout Levi’s® Stadium. There are six water refill stations located at the drinking fountains near sections 101, 110, 120, 125, 127, and 322.
Levi’s® Stadium is pleased to offer wheelchair assistance for our guests. If you would like to request wheelchair services please contact Mobility Services at (408) 579-4610. Wheelchair assistance is available at all entry gates. Once you have passed through security, benches are available for guests to use while waiting for assistance. The Mobility Services sign with our phone number is posted at the benches.
When you are ready to leave Levi’s® Stadium, please contact your nearest Guest Services Representative or call Mobility Services at (408) 579-4610 to request a wheelchair escort. Mobility Services will pick you up from your seat, or another designated location within Levi’s® Stadium, and assist you to the exit gate. To help us locate you and service your needs, please do not change your location after requesting a pick up.
Please be advised that due to the high volume of calls immediately before kick-off and post-game, there may be an extended wait time. Services are provided on a first come, first served basis. Reservations are not accepted. We appreciate your patience and strive to assist you as quickly and efficiently as possible.
