What is the ordering and checkout process?
The ordering process is as simple as logging in to your 49ers account, scanning the QR code at a concessions stand, placing your order and awaiting confirmation that your food is ready. Detailed step-by-step instructions and a video tutorial coming soon.
Is there a limit to the number of items I can order each time I go to a concession stand?
There is no limit to the number of items you can order, however, each order will have a maximum of 4 (four) Member Inclusive Menu items that will be discounted. Item quantities above 4 (four) can be purchased with a credit card tied to your mobile ordering account.
Is there a limit on the number of transactions I can make on the Member Inclusive Menu?
No, however, in order to reduce food waste and unauthorized sharing of MIM benefits, any abuse or excessive utilization of the program may result in the suspension or revocation of the MIM benefits from the SBL holder’s tickets/account, as determined in our sole discretion.
Can I access the benefit pregame and throughout the entire game?
Yes, you can access the benefit pregame. The benefit will end halfway through the 3rd quarter.
Will I be able to order from my seat for pick up at the concession stand?
No, all ordering will begin by scanning the unique QR code at each concessions stand.
Will I be able to place an order in person at the concession stand?
Yes, some stands will have separate cashier lines. However, all transactions at Levi’s Stadium are cashless. Reverse ATMs have been installed and are located at Section C117 on the main concourse, in the United Club, at Section 308 on the Zenni Zone in the upper concourse and at Toyota Gate F for those that may not be inclined to use credit or debit cards.
