Levi’s® Stadium takes pride in providing elite service to all guests including those requiring mobility assistance. We provide a variety of services for our guests with disabilities, including courtesy buses from several of our parking lots, golf carts in the Main Lot and Guest Services representatives to provide wheelchair services if requested.
Levi’s® Stadium offers accessible seating as well as companion seating in many locations. Accessible seating can be coordinated through Levi’s® Stadium Visa Box Office at (408) 579–4449.

From 101, exit Northbound on Great America Parkway to reach Green Lot 1. Green Lot 1 is considered Levi’s® Stadium’s Main Lot. It is located adjacent to California’s Great America Theme Park entrance.
In addition to our Main Lot, several outside parking lots provide parking for guests needing mobility assistance. These lots, including Yellow Lot 1 and Green Lot 4, provide courtesy buses or golf cart shuttle assistance to the stadium. Following the event, the same service from the stadium to the two designated lots is provided. For guests parking in Green Lot 1, Mobility Services Kiosks are located at Pole 8, Pole 31, and near Pole 7 for assistance. If you are unable to make your way to the available kiosks, please call the Mobility Services Team at (408) 579-4610.
All season ticket holders are encouraged to purchase pre-paid parking passes for the season. You will be required to show your parking pass upon entry or you may pay cash on the day of the event. While pre-paid passes are for specific parking lots, guests who possess a DMV issued Disabled Person Parking Placard and a DMV issued Disabled Person I.D. Card may park in the Main Lot in accessible parking stalls. Disabled parking is available on a first come first serve basis. In the event that handicap parking is sold out in the Main Lot, guests will be directed to Yellow Lot 1 or Green Lot 4.

Green Lot 4 is serviced by Courtesy Shuttle Buses on event day. Courtesy Shuttle Buses typically begin running two (2) hours prior to kick-off and service ends one and one half hours (1 ½) after the game has ended.
Courtesy Shuttle Buses provide service for our guests who have mobility limitations and who may or may not have a Handicap Placard. Guests who possess a valid Handicap Placard are strongly encouraged to park in Green Lot 1 or Red Lot 1, if space is available. There are over 300 Handicap Parking spaces in these two lots and Courtesy Cart assistance is offered in both.
Courtesy Shuttle Buses drop guests at the Mobility Services Kiosk near Pole 7, to the south of Gate C. Wheelchair attendants are available to assist guests in need of further assistance.
Post-Game:
If you are parked within the main Green/Red Lot 1 and need assistance to your car, please go to the Mobility Services staging area located between Gates A and B as you exit the stadium.
If you are parked in Green Lot 4, please return to the Mobility Services Kiosk near Gate C to obtain a Courtesy Shuttle Bus ride back to Green Lot 4.
If you are parked in Yellow Lot 1, please go to the Mobility Seating area located outside of Gate F.
The courtesy cart service will only be available in Red/Green Lot 1. The other outer parking lots are serviced by courtesy buses. If you park in Green Lot 1, please locate staffed Mobility Services Kiosks at Pole 8, Pole 31, and near Pole 7 for assistance. If you are unable to make your way to the available kiosks, please call the Mobility Services team at (408) 579-4610.
There will be seating for guests at these stations as they await a courtesy cart. There is limited space on these courtesy carts and we ask that guests not needing extra assistance please respect the needs of others.
Levi’s® Stadium is pleased to offer wheelchair assistance for our guests who need help from the entry gates to their section before the event as well as to return to the gate on egress.
If you would like to utilize wheelchair services at Levi’s® Stadium, please contact Mobility Services at (408) 579-4610. Please be advised that due to the very high volume of calls, immediately before kick-off and post-game, there can be an extended wait time. Services are provided on a first come, first serve basis. Reservations are not accepted. We appreciate your patience and strive to help you as quickly and efficiently as possible.
Wheelchairs are available on a temporary basis. Guests in need of a wheelchair for the entire duration of an event are encouraged to provide their own. Wheelchairs are not available to rent or loan for the duration of an event.
Closed Captioning is available for our guests at Levi’s® Stadium. Using your mobile phone web browser, please log on to https://www.eegicap.com/captioncast/. The Event ID is “levis”. Guests may also check out a closed captioning device by visiting any United Guest Services Station.
Assisted Listening Devices are available at all Guest Service Stations located throughout the stadium.
A valid Driver’s License, or ID may be required as collateral.
These listening devices amplify the stadium public address announcements, but do not provide service to the play-by-play broadcast.
Concert guests in need of an ASL interpreter may request services by contacting the Visa Box Office at go49ers@49ers.com in advance of event day.
Levi’s® Stadium is equipped with public elevators and escalators at the following locations:
Entry at Intel Gate A, Dignity Health Gate C, Toyota Gate F.
There are 38 escalators & 25 elevators located within Levi’s® Stadium.
We respectfully request that all guests use courtesy by offering priority elevator access to guests with mobility needs and their companions. Whenever able, guests are encouraged to use escalators or stairs in place of elevators.
Animals are not permitted in Levi’s® Stadium with the exception of service animals and service animals in training.
A service animal means any dog that is individually trained to do work or perform tasks for the benefit of an individual with a disability.

A limited number of accessible seats may be available for exchange on game day. Guests wishing to exchange their seats for accessible seating should enter Toyota Gate F at the north side of the stadium and proceed to the Visa Box Office for assistance. Ticket Representatives are also available to assist at the remote ticket services booths located near the entrances on the west side of the stadium for all NFL events, and some non-NFL events.
