SANTA CLARA, Calif. – Levi’s® Stadium is proud to announce the return of the San Jose Earthquakes for an unforgettable match during Mexican Independence Day Weekend in 2025. Tickets are on sale now.
The Earthquakes will face LAFC on Saturday, September 13, at 5:30 p.m., bringing one of Major League Soccer’s most exciting rivalries back to the Bay Area’s premier sports venue. This much-anticipated match will build on Levi’s® Stadium’s rich history of hosting marquee soccer events, including last year’s remarkable victories by the Earthquakes: a 3-1 triumph over LAFC in front of more than 45,000 fans and a dramatic penalty shootout victory against Chivas Guadalajara, which set the Leagues Cup attendance record with 50,675 spectators.
Set against the backdrop of Mexican Independence Day Weekend, this year’s game promises a vibrant atmosphere filled with cultural festivities and unforgettable moments. Fans can look forward to a celebration fostering community spirit and honoring Mexican heritage.
