San Francisco 49ers Partner With the Organic Coup to Bring Organic Chicken to Levi’s® Stadium

Wednesday, October 25, 2017

The San Francisco 49ers today announced a unique expansion of their relationship with The Organic Coup, the first USDA certified organic fast food restaurant in America, including an investment in the company by a group associated with the owners of the 49ers. The Organic Coup began serving their chicken sandwiches and wraps in select club space within Levi’s Stadium this season, in addition to their existing 11 Bay Area locations.

The multi-year partnership will provide 49ers fans with access to healthy, delicious, certified organic crispy and grilled chicken sandwiches, wraps, tater tots and other menu items and beverages.

“From an organizational alignment perspective, bringing The Organic Coup to Levi’s Stadium was a no-brainer as their vision and commitment to excellence immediately resonated with us,” said 49ers president Al Guido. “Their experience building their organic business from scratch gives them great insight into what consumers are looking for in their food options and reflects our commitment to deliver high quality products to our fans. We look forward to expanding our relationship.”

The partnership represents a new paradigm in business collaboration that will enable future expansion of The Organic Coup’s presence at Levi’s Stadium. With a shared focus on high performance expectations and progressive thought leadership, the new relationship will be centered on nurturing people, culture, and the environment while striving to be champions of transparency, social responsibility, and corporate morality.

“We are beyond thrilled at the opportunity to partner with a world-class organization like the 49ers,” said Erica Welton, Founder of The Organic Coup. “We share an end-goal with the 49ers of being winners, but beyond that we’re consistently impressed with their organizational commitment to create the absolute best possible experience for their fans – in-stadium and throughout the community. We’re excited to be a part of that.”
