Record Breaking Stunt Attempt at Levi’s® Stadium

Wednesday, March 30, 2016

Making history this past weekend at Monster Jam World Finals® in Las Vegas, 11-time Monster Jam World Champion and industry pioneer Tom Meents will next attempt to top his feat set last weekend by jumping his 10,000 pound powerhouse truck Max-D™ over six Monster Jam trucks at Levi’s® Stadium in Santa Clara on Saturday, April 9th.

With extensive preparation, Meents and his Max-D crew are ready for him to throttle his 1,500-horsepower engine to hit 6,200 RPMs on the approach to the dirt ramp in order to make the massive jump spanning over 100 feet to successfully clear the six trucks.

As fans have come to expect of him as a true driving daredevil, last summer Meents was determined to make his mark in the record books by completing the first-ever Monster Jam truck front flip at MetLife Stadium in East Rutherford, NJ, and then the following week landing a jaw-dropping double back flip stunt at Gillette Stadium in Foxboro, MA.
