CALIFORNIA LOTTERY ANNOUNCED AS NEW PARTNER AT LEVI’S® STADIUM

Friday, August 7, 2015

The San Francisco 49ers today announced a partnership with the California Lottery to re-branded the Levi’s® Stadium upper concourse as the CA Lottery Concourse. The new partnership will support the California Lottery’s continued effort to raise public awareness of the organization’s positive impact on the local economy and public schools.

Additionally, the California Lottery will launch several new activations around Levi’s® Stadium for the 2015 season to complement the San Francisco 49ers game day experience. The Lottery will host an activation area in the Faithful Mile presented by Safeway, filled with fan favorite lottery tickets for all 49ers home games, selling popular Scratchers® tickets, as well as Powerball®, Mega Millions® and Super Lotto Plus® tickets during games. Furthermore, the California Lottery will supply its prize wheel and invite game attendees who buy $20 worth of lottery tickets to spin the wheel and win guaranteed prizes such as autographed 49ers helmets and footballs, VIP passes to the 49ers Museum presented by Sony and Levi’s® Stadium tour passes.

“As an organization that works hard to positively contribute to our community, especially when it comes to funding economic opportunity for young people, the 49ers are proud to partner with the California Lottery,” said 49ers Chief Revenue Officer Ethan Casson. “We’re well aware of the importance of the supplemental funding they provide to California schools and they will be a positive addition to the game day experience of our fans at Levi’s Stadium.”

“We hope to add to the excitement of watching the 49ers play by offering several promotions as well,” said Paula LaBrie, Acting Director for the CA Lottery. “The 49ers are one of California’s premier teams and we are excited to bring Lottery fun to a ubiquitous sports franchise that is legendary in our state.”
