KEVIN WANG

VICE PRESIDENT, SENIOR STADIUM COUNSEL
4th NFL Season; 4th with 49ers

Kevin Wang is in his fourth season with the 49ers and currently serves as Vice
President, Senior Stadium Counsel as part of the 49ers legal affairs team. In his role, he
manages the Levi’s Stadium vertical of legal affairs, working closely with stadium
operations, stadium events, procurement, finance, accounting, technology, business
strategy & analytics, HR, corporate partnerships, public affairs, and corporate
communications.
Wang played a crucial role in the large-scale, $200 million renovation of Levi’s Stadium,
working with the Santa Clara Stadium Authority, City of Santa Clara, corporate partners,
contractors, vendors, and more. As a result, the 49ers were able to upgrade the venue’s
video boards, playing field, LED video boards and ribbon boards, field lights, suites,
clubs, and more. Thanks in part to Wang’s efforts, Levi’s Stadium is more prepared than
ever to host the Super Bowl and FIFA World Cup in 2026.
Before joining the 49ers, Wang was a partner at the national law firm Best Best &
Krieger LLP, where he represented clients on a broad range of matters including large
scale public-private partnerships, commercial transactions, government/regulatory
compliance and contracting, construction contracting, administration and dispute
resolution, and legislative rulemakings at the state and federal level.
As a five year old, Wang moved to the United States from China with his family. A Reno,
Nevada native, he holds a B.S. in Civil Engineering from the University of California,
Davis, and a J.D. from the University of Maryland School of Law.
Wang currently resides in Sacramento with his wife, Holly and puppy, Bodie.
