Kevin Hilton

VICE PRESIDENT, CORPORATE PARTNERSHIPS
12th NFL Season, 12th with 49ers

Kevin Hilton is in his 12th season with the 49ers and currently serves as vice president,
corporate partnerships. In his role, he oversees the partnership sales and activation teams
which develop and implement fully integrated marketing platforms designed around the 49ers
and other major Levi’s Stadium events.
During his time with the 49ers, Hilton has utilized the rich tradition of the 49ers brand and the
organization’s innovative mentality to establish impactful partnerships with several reputable
companies. Through these innovative relationships, he has successfully designed programs
that have helped showcase partners’ brands and technologies in a way that uniquely tells their
brand story while also improving the overall fan experience. Since taking on his current role in
2019, Hilton’s leadership has enabled the corporate partnership team to set new highs in
partnership revenue year over year.
Since the 49ers acquired global marketing rights in the UK and Mexico in 2022, Hilton has
played a pivotal role in expanding the 49ers brand internationally. He has led all efforts to
identify, sign, and activate global partnerships that create fans for life. Hilton’s partnership team
has ensured international communities can watch and/or listen to 49ers games easily, attend
inclusive fan engagement events, and benefit from impactful community impact initiatives. Now
that the 49ers have acquired new rights in the UAE, his team aims to continue setting the bar for
NFL global partnerships.
Hilton has also made large contributions to the Levi’s Stadium renovation project over the past
two years, helping tie mutually aligned corporate partners to refreshed areas around the
stadium, including the NetApp Owner’s Club, United Club, Xfinity Plaza, and more. These
efforts, in part, have allowed the 49ers to maintain a Top 5 NFL partnership revenue.
Before joining the 49ers, Hilton was with the San Jose Sharks and Sacramento River Cats. He
graduated from California State University, Sacramento and now resides in Danville, California
where he enjoys playing golf and spending time with his wife and two kids.
