If you have signed up for the 2017 Seat Relocation Program to be held in May, we strongly recommend against managing your tickets. Managing your seats prior to participation in the Seat Relocation process may prohibit you from moving seats.

Q: So if I want to transfer tickets, how and when can I start doing that?
A: You may begin forwarding your tickets at any time once your account balance is paid in full. Ticket management is enabled shortly after the schedule release via the Levi’s® Stadium Mobile App
or Account Manager
. When you forward your ticket, the recipient will accept the ticket and safely secure it onto his or her account.
Q: How and when can I post my tickets for sale?
A: You may begin posting tickets for resale at any time once your account balance is paid in full. Online ticket account management is typically enabled shortly after the NFL schedule release. You may post your game tickets and parking for resale using any number of different secondary market ticket platforms; however, we encourage you to use the NFL Ticket Exchange
as your means for reselling. The NFL Ticket Exchange
is the official secondary market platform for the NFL and its member clubs and is the only site 100% guaranteed by the 49ers.
Q: When can I start printing my tickets for use on gameday?
A: You may begin printing game tickets right from your own computer starting the Monday (10AM PST) leading up to the game. This will remain consistent regardless of it being a Thursday, Sunday or Monday game. In the meantime, you have full capability to forward your tickets via Account Manager, or post them for resale through the NFL Ticket Exchange
Q: How can I donate my tickets?
A: If you are unable to attend one of your 49ers home games, you have the option to donate your tickets directly through your online account manager. The deadline to donate tickets is at 12PM PST four days prior to the game.

Members who held season parking passes last season should see parking listed on their 2017 season ticket invoice. Should you wish to remove parking from your invoice, please email firstname.lastname@example.org or call 408-579-4449. Accounts that currently do not have parking will be offered the opportunity to purchase season or single game passes in late May.
The vast majority of seats for 49ers games at Levi’s® Stadium are already reserved through Stadium Builder’s Licenses, but a limited number of single game tickets may become available for each home game.
Single game tickets will go on sale at a later date, with SBL holders receiving a presale opportunity.
